What are my payment options? 

 

We accept PayPal; which includes Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and payments made directly from your bank account.

Note: Bank drafts (e-checks) always take around 5 business days to clear before order prep begins (credit / debit card payments arrive in real time).
 

Don't have or want a PayPal account? You can still pay through PayPal via credit card or bank account.

 

To do so:

  • Start your checkout by clicking the "Add to cart" button
  • Click the green "Checkout" button.
  • Proceed using the "Don't have a PayPal account?" section.

 

Shipping - When do I get it?

 

We ship 6 days a week! 

All items are hand printed to order and are shipped within 3-10 business days after purchase. In the case of an e-check, once funds clear. 

 

We strive to always ship as fast as possible! 

 

USA DESTINATIONS: 

Standard shipping for U.S. destinations is First Class Mail with tracking.

 

If you would like your package, destined for a U.S address, insured against loss and damage, please contact us.

 

INSURANCE against loss and damage is available in the US in increments of $0.75 cents for the first $49.00 of merchandise value and increases in .05 cent increments thereafter.

 

INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS: 

Standard shipping is USPS First Class International mail, insured.

 

ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS INCLUDE INSURANCE against loss or damage, this is included in the shipping price quoted. This insurance covers the cost of the goods purchased. It does not cover the shipping charges, therefore it does not cover the additional cost required to reship an order, in the event a claim is filed.USPS First Class International mail - does not including tracking, except in Canada.

 

INTERNATIONAL: Customs / Import Fees - You, the purchaser, are responsible for any import fees, duty, vat, tax, handling or any other charges that may be charged by your country.

Only you can pay these fees once the item has arrived in your country.

We can not - are not allowed - to pay them in advance, we are not responsible for these fees.

Please research your country's import and handling fees and policies if you have any questions. 

Note that we can not issue refunds for items abandoned, not claimed or refused at customs.

Refunds and Exchanges?

 

We quality check all orders with the hope that you will never have a reason to have to return an item. However, if a return is necessary we will do our best to make the process as easy and fair as possible! 

 

Our RETURN POLICY is as follows. 

 

EXCHANGES: We will gladly make exchanges for sizing issues, defects in workmanship or garment as long as the item is in the same condition (new, unworn and not laundered) as it was shipped with tags attached.

Please check for fit before washing. 

Check our sizing chart on the item page before ordering. 

 Most exchanges are due to sizing misunderstandings. 

 

Contact us: We prefer all exchange requests be made within 7 days of your receiving the item.

 

 

REFUNDS: We will gladly accept refunds with a $6.00 per item repackaging fee.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We can not issue refunds for items abandoned, not claimed or refused at customs.

 

CONTACT US: Please contact us prior to Returning or Exchanging any item for instructions.

SHIPPING: In the case of either exchange or refund the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Additional Policies and FAQs

 

Days of operation:
We are available for contact Monday through Saturday. We are not available on Sunday but will reply to your correspondence on Monday.

Color Variations:
Please note that while we do our best to reflect the items' actual color in our photos, all computer monitors vary so colors seen on your monitor may vary from the actual item color. Slight variations when seen in person are possible. 

Wholesale:
We accept wholesale orders, please send a convo if you are interested in purchasing.
